Our Services.
Project Management.
Elaboration of remodeling or new construction projects. Preparation of moodboards, sample images, renderings and diagrams. Ensure that in the end everything will be beautiful as planned.
Construction Management.
Monitoring of the work and work teams. Priority management and application of materials.
Architecture.
Design of constructive details. Creation of technical drawings, maps and schematic plans for electricity, water and sewage.
Interior Design.
Creation of moodboards and environments. Choice of decorative objects, furniture and everything related to the relationship between space functionality and aesthetics.
Our Process.
1. The Beginning
As soon as we receive your contact very soon you will meet our team for a first meeting. In this step you will also make known your intensions and expectations.
5. Technical Draws
Elaboration of technical drawings for construction works, electricity and water schemes for example. We move on always and only with your approval.
2. Marry Me
We will discuss the list of tasks, then we send to you the budget and if you approve we will sign a contract.
6. Wedding
Now that we have the proposals approved, we can budget for the execution and decoration.
3. The House
We will jointly carry out an architectural survey of the house, verification of existing plans and rectification of measures. We will create an AutoCAD document.
7 . Management
We will monitor all the work, we will test the functionality, we will show you samples of materials and ensure the installation of the decoration as well as the final cleaning of the space.
4. Creative Proposal
Creation, presentation, discussion and rectification of our proposal for your home. We do this first for the architecture proposal and then for the decoration.
8. The Keys
Once everything is ready we will give you the key to your "new" home and hope that you will love it as much as we do.
